Job Description :
Sales and customer service of products. Help customers to know about Gotosovie’s product
Receive and respond all incoming inquiry by phone, email, social media and chat.
Willing to handle complaints.
Participate in sales calls.
Maintaining relationship with customers. Responsible for issues concerning after sales.
Update & maintain customer records daily.
Spesification :
- Have a passion to work in a bag industry line
- Female, max 28 years old
- Minimal Diploma or bachelor degree or equivalent. Preferred: have an experience to work with the same position (min 1 years)
- Interesting with worldwide & online social media interaction.
- Have a sales & developing customer skill.
- Willing to work under shift (2 shift schedule)
- Fluent English both written and Spoken
- Able to work behind a computer for 7 hours
- Live in Yogyakarta
